”I began training with Ruth-Ann two years ago and quickly learned that she had a long-standing and faithful clientele. This made sense given her approach to personal training and physical fitness. Ruth-Ann provides me with a training program that pushes me to be better.

I have always enjoyed the camaraderie and competitiveness of sport, but wasn't sure about weight training. After reading "Younger Next Year” (recommended by my doctor) I became convinced that core and strength training was integral to my health as I aged. In December 2016 my 21 year old daughter asked me to join her to hike the West Coast Trail. This was on my bucket list, so I was eager to join her in the adventure.
